John Samuel is currently the AVP of Business Development at INCITE. His responsibilities include conducting pre-sales research within the US and European markets, as well as building relationships with prospects from these regions. He is the driving force behind business acquisition at INCITE, making sure that client needs are understood, in order to deliver tailor made and comprehensive solutions.
Previously John has worked with IBM, managing facilities administration at one of their Bangalore locations. His attention to detail as well as his ability to manage a large team ensured his success within IBM, where he was promoted to the role of Assistant Manager. Prior to this, he has worked with leading FMCG product category retails chains including The Baby Shop. John also is experienced in real estate marketing as he worked with Vardhan Groups.
On a personal level, John is an avid dancer and choreographer, besides being a competitive cricketer. He is a huge fan of A.R. Rehman, the music composer, whose compositions have inspired him to choreograph his dance sequences. John spends his weekends travelling by bike to scenic destinations around Bangalore. Within INCITE, John has been officially recognized as the office mimic, and he is one of the most liked people amongst his peers.

Amy Anderson is a creative and innovative marketing and public relations executive with more than 20 years of experience working at high profile companies in New York, Boston and Miami. Beginning her career in media, Amy held positions in the in-house marketing and advertising teams at Seventeen Magazine and The New York Times Digital. At iVillage, Amy was responsible for creative integrated content for the online community-based site targeted at women, and managed promotions for companies such as Charles Schwab, Rodale Press and Proctor and Gamble. Most recently, Amy was the Assistant Vice President of Marketing at Bayview Financial where she oversaw advertising, marketing, branding and public relations activities for the financial services firm, and helped grow the company from its start-up phase to over 650 employees.
In her own consulting practice, Amy Anderson Marketing + PR, Amy is working with companies nationwide to help them develop strong brands, refine their communications strategies, create dynamic content marketing programs and elevate their marketing from strategy through results.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English & Art History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Anil Sharma is part of the Solution Architect panel at INCITE. He is currently the Director & Founder of LeadEdge. An Electrical Engineer from IIT Kanpur, Anil has spent most of his working life, about 25 years, in the corporate world in Leadership and Organization development. During his working career, Anil has consulted with and advised many organizations, from within and from the outside. He has also worked across industries researching, designing and delivering human capital and organizational effectiveness solutions for companies across the globe.
Since 2008, Anil has been an entrepreneur in the space of organizational and leadership development. He has been actively involved with two start-up companies and founded Lead Edge in 2012.
Anil has extensive experience in the areas of Strategy, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Training and Six Sigma. He also has experience in managing large global teams, functions, customer service and operations in both large companies and at start-ups. He has experience in helping organizations with Change and Transformation. He is also familiar with aspects of organization development and has extensive experience and exposure to developing and implementing learning programs which make a significant impact to the business and the individuals.

Jonas is the managing partner of MOBIUS UK and a board member at two for profit and one non-profit organisations. He brings to the table his expertise in Strategy Definition and Deployment, Organisational Development, Supply Chain Management, Business Process Management and also his international experience across Europe.
Jonas started his career by combining his studies with IT at a private hospital. He joined MOBIUS, Belgium, in 2004, where he was involved in a range of international projects on strategy execution, performance management, organisational development, change management, audits and research across Europe. He quickly progressed into leadership roles, which ultimately brought him to the UK.
He is the author of several papers and articles, and created an acclaimed business game which has been played by >1500 participants in six countries. He is a frequently invited guest speaker and lecturer at professional learning institutions including Imperial College Business School where he taught the MBAs strategic, tactical and operational subjects related to Operations Research.
He received a Magna cum Laude Master in Business Engineering (major in Quantitative Methods; degree obtained in Dutch) from EHSAL/HUB (the Brussels campus of the University of Leuven, Belgium), a Summa cum Laude Master of Advanced Studies in Financial Risk Management from the French speaking Saint Louis University, Brussels and gained alumnus status at London Business School via the Accelerated Development Programme. Jami has a passion to innovate born from her experience as a healthcare administrator. Through a variety of roles, Jami she spent nearly 10 years, as a valued team member within the healthcare provider environment developing clinical programs, redesigning department operations, and implementing technology solutions. Jami worked throughout the clinical and non-clinical areas supporting the growth, advancement, and change management necessary to impact operations.
Jami earned her BS in Cell and Molecular Biology from Missouri State and Masters in Health Administration from Saint Louis University.

Kyle’s leadership within VantEdge One Group is primarily focused on strategic business development, where he directs all new business and sales efforts for the Supply Chain, Surgical and Perioperative service consulting lines.
Kyle is a multi-disciplinary consultant and entrepreneur with diverse experience in start-up construction, capital funding, market development, as well as go-to-market strategy design and execution. Having a private equity background, Kyle has developed, created and arranged numerous Private and Public equity transactions. He enjoys the Art of the Deal and creating strategically innovative partnerships and transactions. Kyle received his BSBA in Accounting from Old Dominion University.
Kyle is originally from Virginia Beach, VA where he enjoys being a father of young twins.
Pratap Thumboochetty is Founder & COO of INCITE, where he spearheads the company’s business operations. Based in INCITE’s Bangalore office, he is actively involved in defining and shaping the agency’s core disciplines, including strategy, planning, user experience, client services, program management and technology.
He began his career as a research scientist at the Indian Institute of Science within the Supercomputer Education and Research Center at Bangalore after graduating in Electrical Engineering. He then went on to pursue his MBA at the prestigious Yale School of Management and graduated with a dual concentration in Strategy and International Finance. During his MBA program, Pratap interned with the Federal Communications Commission, helping draft policy and legislation for the Satellite Communications division. After Yale, as a part of Capital One’s Small Business division, Pratap was instrumental in developing new products and creating and growing the Loyalty Program. He then led Capital One’s foray into the Indian consumer lending market. During this time, he was also invited to write an advisory paper to the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, on leveraging data analytics within the Income Tax department. As an independent consultant, Pratap mentored large corporations such as JP Morgan and Barclays Bank, by offering strategic advises services related to India Entry.
Pratap is a competitive golfer, a motorcycle enthusiast and a cross genre music lover. He is also closely involved with several NGOs, both as a part of INCITE’s CSR initiatives and at a personal level.
Sowmya Nanjundaiah is CEO of INCITE, where she helps companies reimagine how they interact with their customers and manage their businesses in the digital economy. Since 2010, Sowmya has driven the firm’s growth from a small startup into a full-service interactive agency operating out of the United States, Europe and India.
Sowmya has an MBA from the prestigious University of Massachusetts. While in America, she was responsible for corporate fund raising for the United Way in Massachusetts, helping America’s largest non-profit organization raise funds for its numerous outreach programs. On her return to India, Sowmya formed a part of the founding team of Nirvana, a Bangalore-based BPO that services global clients. During Nirvana’s formative years she was involved in defining the Strategic Vision and building several key parts of the organization including Product Development and Sales. As Head of the New York office, she was responsible for Nirvana’s expansion into the North American market. Sowmya then returned to India to co-found a successful wine company, Naka Wines. As CEO of Naka Wines, she was responsible for launching the brand across Karnataka and the USA.
At a personal level, Sowmya represents an unending thirst for knowledge, a unique level of energy & commitment and a natural gift for relationship building & connecting with people. She is an extremely avid reader of classical literature and has a passion for traveling, discovering new music and of course, wine!
